In this workshop, Adiàn Benmalek will lead & guide us through the powerful world of performance art, using the unique lens of an actor’s training to cultivate deep self love. Acting is more than just entering into a role; it is the practice of being profoundly human, present, and vulnerable in the moment.

Through a deep dive into a core acting exercise, Adiàn will help us quiet our inner critics and release the self judgment that holds us back. Together, we will use this foundational practice to explore what it means to truly inhabit our own space, connect with our instinctual presence, and embrace who we are without filter or fear.
