About the Author: Raina M. Paris Led by her love of fairy tales and her multicultural background, Raïna read the myths and legends of the world as a child and attempted to grasp the wisdom of their metaphors as an adult. From an MFA in Film and Screenwriting from Columbia U, to a Ph.D. in Mythological Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute, her love of storytelling led her to teaching Mythology, Magic & Ritual for twenty years at the Art Institute and at the Philosophical Research Society.
